Evaluator 


Role Overview


As an M&E Evaluator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that mentorship sessions are

impactful, well-structured, and aligned with New Dawn Mentorship’s objectives. This role

involves data collection, relationship management, and problem-solving to support facilitators and parents in creating a meaningful mentorship experience.


Key Responsibilities


1. Mentorship Program Oversight: Monitor and assess mentorship groups to ensure

effective curriculum delivery and program implementation.

2. Group Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact

for assigned mentorship groups, building trust and providing guidance to facilitators and

parents.

3. Observation & Feedback: Conduct regular visits to mentorship sessions, providing

structured feedback to facilitators and parents to enhance program effectiveness.

4. Mentee Tracking & Support: Monitor mentee participation, group dynamics, and

facilitator professionalism to ensure an engaging and supportive learning environment.

5. Facilitator Onboarding & Training: Assist in onboarding new facilitators, ensuring they

understand and implement New Dawn’s curriculum effectively.

6. Data Collection & Reporting: Gather and analyze data on mentorship effectiveness,

submitting detailed monthly and quarterly reports to inform program improvements.

7. Issue Resolution: Identify challenges within mentorship groups and collaborate with

internal teams to provide tailored solutions.

8. Account Growth & Retention: Support mentorship group retention by ensuring

satisfaction, addressing concerns, and recommending relevant resources or additional

services.

9. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the; Welfare Department,

Curriculum Development and Finance teams to streamline program delivery, track

payments, and provide logistical support where needed.
